I am the proud owner of Sandy Furs. I live in St. Johns County with my wife, Kelli Lueckert, our two children, and our four legged children, which includes our two rescue dogs, Sandy (named after Sandy in Grease) and Stella (named after Stella Artois), and our two rescue cats, April and Augustine. I grew up nearby in Palm Coast. I met my wife at the University of Florida (Go Gators). When we adopted Sandy, everything changed. Our dogs and cats are not just pets; they are family.
After working in a corporate office, I decided to leave my job to care for our kids and pursue a career in something I love: working with animals. My other passion is running, which I started off doing with Sandy. I try to run about 30 miles a week. Exercise is just as important for animals. I enjoy getting outside with dogs and making sure that they stay fit, healthy, and happy.
I am a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS). I am currently taking a certification course in dog training through Canine Club Academy to become a certified dog trainer. I look forward to meeting you.
